The app can only be used in combination with officialHellmann pickup or delivery documents. By scanning a valid barcode,the app can be accessed to set the current status of the shipment.

With the track & trace app Hellmann delivers a new service forcustomers to get all relevant shipment information on a mobiledevice. A “one-field search” allows searching for road, sea and airshipments. References like the Hellmann shipment number, a customerreference and NVE Barcodes can be used to get information aboutroad shipments. For sea and air shipments, the general identifierslike AWB / BL as well as Container number can be used forsearching. All shipment information is presented in a properHellmann design. Status icons let you know the actual status on thefirst view. All details like status of the shipment, shipment anditem details give you the necessary extra information. In case of aroad shipment, related contact information allows the user to getin contact with the Hellmann department on a smart and efficientway. The first version of the public track & trace will bedeveloped continuously. Therefore advanced ways for searching andfiltering shipments are in development. Also known functions of theweb portal, like the Tracking View and Watchlist, will besynchronized to the mobile device.
